Things players should know:

My Universe is a mix of my own creations, existing comic book and Hero Games creations. I will be using a mixture of existing comic book heroes & villains, Hero games heroes & villains as well as my own creations.

I don’t have set active/real point limits. I like to allow players to be somewhat unresistricted in the character concepts. I will have them tone down any power, skill, talent or perk that I feel is too strong or to “unbalancing”.

I do have the following restrictions.

Strength: 	95 Max

Dexterity: 	30 Max

Ego:		30 Max

NPCs the characters can meet:

I have many solo heroes and villains to choose from, some of my own creation or from existing material from various publishers. While groups like the Avengers, Xmen, Justice League and the Champions exist. The most well known group in my universe is Justice Inc. They are back by one of the large industrial firms in the world Hartman Industries. This is the group that most NPC villains take as a hunted. They are the group that most government agency tend to deal with.

Their member Tank is the strongest being in my universe, he has 100 STR. While some heroes in comics seem to have whatever strength he needs at the time, no one is stronger than Tank. The group was hand pick by Talmar, master sorcerer of this realm. The member roster is Tiger, Tank, Mind Gem, Speed Queen, Crossbow, Changing Man, Fly and Power Maiden.

The cities of my world are the same that exist today with two added, Paradise City & Millennium City. Paradise City (what once was Atlantic City) is the largest city in the United States. While being rebuilt less than 20 Years old, it has quickly become the hottest spot for the rich and powerful on the eastern seaboard. The destruction of Atlantic City was due to a large meteor crash. It destroyed most of the city and killed over 100,000 inhabitance and visitors. It was only through the efforts of numerous heroes and government agencies that more live weren’t lost that day. No one knows why scientist and the government didn’t detect the meteor sooner. The city was only given an hour warning. Missiles and heroes were sent up to intercept the meteor but it was to little to late.

The city was rebuilt with the help of several Corporations and has been given a second chance. Paradise City has it all, a major seaport, casinos, entertainment and a large criminal element. What more could one as for. Numerous corporations have moved their headquarters here. Several movie and music companies have moved to the city as well. This helps to make Paradise City a busy town, day or night.

There are several differences between my world and that of the Champions universe. One is The Knights Of Genetic Purity; they took over Genocide or IAH and are more active and dangerous. So being a mutant is a disadvantage I allow and I also allow non-mutants too take “Detects As A Mutant” as a social limiting disadvantage. The Knights are quite active in mine so players receive the major reaction bonus.

Most of the other villain groups I use are of my own creation, although I do use a few of Hero Games. While I do use a few from existing comic books, this is very rare. Some solo villains are used from time to time from existing material as well, although I mostly use my own creations or those of Hero Games.

The groups I use of my own creation are Arrangers, Dynamo, Knights Of Genetic Purity, The Assassins Guild, MLA (Mutant Liberation Army) and W.O.M.E.N.

PSI, Viper, C.L.O.W.N., King Cobra and Demon are some I use from Hero Games. Dr. Destroy tends to show up from time to time, along with Mechanon.

I do have a few villains not in groups of my own creation as well along with some from Hero Games. Into this mix I add some from marvel and DC comics as well. I also look around on the internet for other new ideas or old ideas I have forgot about.

Primus and Until are used as the major government agencies heroes deal with. SAT has taken over running Stronghold, which has been renamed the Complex. This is a combination villain prison and mental institution. SAT seemed a good choice as the group to run it. Seemed better than just the normal prison system running it. Super powered people are far from you normal prisoners.

The police handle the normal criminal Sat handles the rest. Heroes tend to lend a helping hand to both without problems. For the most part the authorities don’t have a problem with heroes helping out, although some members of the various government agencies do.
